What products can you customise?

We focus on custom Paper Cups, Paper Bags and plastic cups. Specifications can be developed for foodservice, takeaway, retail, events and other branded packaging applications.

What is the minimum order quantity?

The standard minimum order quantity is 1,000 pieces for stock items, regular printed orders and selected hot-stamped or embossed orders. Final requirements may vary by size, material and process.

How long does sampling take?

Standard sampling normally takes about two days. Same-day urgent sampling may be available after the specification and artwork have been confirmed.

Can you handle urgent orders?

Rush production can be arranged in as little as three days, subject to product specification, order quantity, material availability and artwork approval.

Which decorative finishes are available?

Available options include hot stamping, embossing and soft-touch paper. We can recommend a suitable process based on the design, product use and target presentation.

How do you check paper cup quality?

For applicable orders, paper cups are tested with hot water at 90°C ± 5°C for 30 minutes to check for leakage, deformation and coating separation.

What information should I provide for a quotation?

Please send the product type, size, material, printing colours, finishing requirements, quantity, artwork and delivery destination. Photos or reference samples are also helpful.
